Role Description This is a full time, on-site Area Sales Manager role based in Hyderabad. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets for orthopedic implants and instruments within the assigned territory, managing key accounts, and expanding the customer base among hospitals, clinics, and surgeons. Daily activities include meeting healthcare professionals,



conducting product presentations and demonstrations, supporting trials and evaluations, and ensuring timely order generation and follow-up. The role involves monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and collaborate with marketing and product teams. The Area Sales Manager will also maintain accurate sales reports, manage distributor relationships where applicable, and ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.
Qualifications
Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills in a healthcare, medical device, or pharmaceutical setting.
Ability to conduct effective product presentations, technical discussions, and training sessions for surgeons and clinical staff.
Competence in territory planning, forecasting, and reporting using CRM tools or similar systems.
