Role Description This is a full time, on-site Relationship Manager – Affluent role based in Surat. The role involves managing and growing relationships with affluent clients,



understanding their financial goals, and offering suitable banking and investment products. Responsibilities include regular client meetings, portfolio reviews, cross-selling relevant services, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. The Relationship Manager will coordinate with internal teams to resolve service issues, support client onboarding, and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies. The role also requires monitoring client accounts, identifying opportunities for new business, and contributing to branch and regional targets.
