About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced WordPress Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of enterprise-level WordPress architecture and development, with a proven track record of managing complex, large-scale WordPress environments. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining custom WordPress themes and plugins, optimizing performance, and ensuring the security and scalability of our digital solutions.



The developer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, customized web solutions that meet client requirements and industry standards.

Qualifications

10–15 years of overall software/web development experience with deep WordPress expertise
Solid enterprise-level WordPress development experience
Hands-on experience with WordPress Multisite architecture and development
Strong development experience with PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
Strong experience developing custom WordPress themes and plugins from scratch
Deep understanding of WordPress Hooks, Actions, Filters and Core APIs
Experience with custom post types, taxonomies, REST APIs and integrations
Experience handling large, complex WordPress environments with multiple sites
Strong understanding of WordPress database architecture and query optimization
Experience with performance optimization, caching and scalability
