About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Specialist focused on Invoicing to join our team in Pune. This role is essential in managing the end-to-end invoicing cycle for our clients across the US, UK, and Canada.



The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client invoicing, accounts receivable, and billing operations, particularly within IT services, IT staffing, or KPO environments. The position involves generating accurate invoices based on timesheets, billable hours, and contractual agreements, as well as ensuring timely collections and financial reconciliation. The role requires excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth financial operations and maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent skilled experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
