Job Summary:

This role within the Business Development (BD) function will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of tender participation, coordinating with statutory bodies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to the development pipeline through strategic project origination initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Tender Management:
Proactively track all relevant tenders across utility and C&I; segments issued by REIAs, DISCOMs, and state agencies.
Analyze RfS, RfP, and bid documents to identify risks, technical specifications, and eligibility criteria.
Prepare bid submissions in coordination with internal stakeholders, attending pre bid conference, and manage
