Role Description The Human Resources Manager will lead HR operations, ensuring that people-related practices support the company’s growth and service standards. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Kolhapur, with a mix of in office work and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing recruitment and onboarding, maintaining HR policies, overseeing performance management,



and supporting employee development initiatives. The role will handle employee relations, benefits and attendance administration, and compliance with labor laws and company procedures. The Human Resources Manager will also partner with leadership to plan workforce needs, strengthen company culture, and support effective communication across teams.
Qualifications
