Role Description This full-time remote Power BI role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports that support data-driven decision-making across PPStack’s EdTech, career, and digital initiatives. The role involves gathering requirements from stakeholders, modeling data,



building visualizations in Power BI, and ensuring data accuracy, performance, and usability. The Power BI professional will collaborate with product, learning, and business teams to translate complex data into explicit insights and KPIs, automate reporting processes, and support analytics for learners, programs, and operations. Daily tasks include connecting to various data sources, optimizing data models, implementing security and governance standards, and documenting solutions for ongoing support and enhancement.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Power BI development, including data modeling, DAX, and building interactive dashboards and reports.
Experience working with relational databases, SQL, and integrating multiple data sources into cohesive analytical solutions.
Ability to analyze business requirements, define metrics and KPIs, and translate them into effective data visualizations.
