Role Description The Manager GL Accounting will oversee all aspects of general ledger accounting, ensuring accurate recording, reconciliation,



and reporting of financial transactions for the organization. This full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India involves supervising month-end and year-end closing activities, reviewing journal entries, monitoring account balances, and preparing financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards and internal policies. The role includes coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting discrepancies, supporting audits, implementing internal controls, and improving financial processes and systems. The Manager GL Accounting will also assist in budgeting, variance analysis, and management reporting, while providing guidance and support to junior team members and promoting strong financial governance.
