Role Description The Sales Manager at The Schon is a full-time, role based in Bengaluru. The role involves identifying and pursuing current business opportunities, managing relationships with homeowners, architects, interior designers, and contractors, and driving sales of premium doors and windows. The Sales Manager will prepare and present proposals, conduct product demonstrations, negotiate contracts and pricing, and oversee the end-to-end sales cycle. Daily responsibilities include forecasting sales,



tracking performance against targets, collaborating with design and operations teams to ensure timely delivery, and providing feedback to improve products and customer experience. The role also requires maintaining accurate CRM records, monitoring market trends, and representing The Schon at industry events and client meetings.
Qualifications
Proven experience in B2C or B2B sales, preferably in interior design, building materials, home décor, or related industries.
Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and closing deals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Ability to understand technical and aesthetic aspects of doors and windows and explain them clearly to customers.
Competence in using CRM tools, preparing sales reports, and analyzing data to track performance and identify opportunities.
