Accountabilities
Conduct consistent outbound calls to hospitals, clinics, medical practices,



healthcare administrators, and other organizations to introduce offerings and identify qualified opportunities.
Generate leads and pursue sales opportunities through structured phone-based outreach, working toward daily and weekly activity and conversion targets.
Present products and services clearly and persuasively, tailoring conversations to the needs and context of each prospect.
Handle questions and objections in real time while maintaining a confident, courteous, and qualified communication style.
Coordinate appointments, follow-ups, demonstrations, and other next steps with healthcare professionals, administrators, and organizational decision-makers.
Follow established sales scripts, outreach playbooks, and processes while adapting messaging when appropriate to improve engagement.
Maintain accurate CRM records of calls, outcomes, prospect information, follow-ups, and agreed next steps.
