Job Scope:

The OMS Advisor role is critical for supporting ongoing and upcoming Operations Management System (OMS) deployments, Value Stream Mapping (VSM) initiatives, and capability building across sites. The position is responsible for driving leadership engagement, performance dialogue,



CI maturity, standardization, and waste elimination, while fostering a robust continuous improvement culture in line with OMS expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a coach through the implementation of OMS FIRST CHOICE principles and elements.
Train and coach site champions and site leadership teams on OMS FIRST CHOICE principles.
Present expected roles & responsibilities and level of support required from teams in the OMS FIRST CHOICE journey.
Evaluate site performance cube with site leadership team and OMS FIRST CHOICE champion, aligning ramp-up and next steps.
Support site managers on span of control analysis and adjustment plans.
Develop Excellence School infrastructure (physical, trainers, training programs) and ensure standardization across sites.
Ensure OMS FIRST CHOICE standards for new sites/new business.
Review implementation status with each site and report to the country lead
