Wilmarcs Motion Pictures is looking for someone who can take ownership of the internal backbone of our company — people, finance administration and compliance coordination.
We’re not looking for someone who simply waits for instructions or maintains spreadsheets.
We’re looking for someone who can figure things out.
Someone who can speak confidently with employees, vendors, clients, accountants and consultants, understand what is happening, follow things through and bring matters to closure.
What you’ll own:
• HR operations, employee documentation, onboarding & exits
• Attendance, leave and payroll coordination
• Recruitment and employee communication
• Invoicing, receivables and payment follow-ups
• Expenses, reimbursements and vendor payments
• Coordination with CA/accountants for GST, TDS, PF/ESI and other compliance requirements
• Maintaining organised financial and employee records




• Tracking pending payments, documents, deadlines and unresolved issues
• Providing management with transparent HR & finance updates
