Role Description The Relationship Manager – Mutual Fund Retail Sales will be responsible for engaging with prospective and existing retail investors, explaining mutual fund products,



and guiding them through compliant, goal-based investment journeys. This full time, on-site role is based in Lucknow and involves meeting clients, understanding their financial objectives, and recommending suitable mutual fund solutions aligned with regulatory guidelines and internal policies. The position includes conducting investor education discussions, supporting StreeDhana’s learning-first approach, and coordinating closely with the operations and compliance teams at NextStep Financials to ensure accurate documentation and transaction processing. The Relationship Manager will maintain ongoing client relationships, manage follow-ups, respond to queries, and contribute to sales targets while upholding a high standard of transparency and ethical conduct.
