Job Role / Job Overview
Location : Pune, India - Reports to Global Deployment Manager, Operations.
Auditing / approving suppliers processes vs defined approval criteria’s (Supplier investments in equipment & people)
Establish a supplier rating system for approved, conditionally approved, not approved that is data robust and based upon tangible data only.
Completing critical supplier QBR (Quarterly Business Review) data. (Quality DPPM + On time deliver data + Supplier improvement plans / actions)
Defining supplier improvement plans (Critical must do’s time scaled to remain approved / Conditionally approved)
Establish and agree buffer stock / quick turnaround of any non compliant parts with Purchasing support in the form of supplier contracts and penalties as appropriate.
Instructing on supplier PPAP and APQP requirements. (Ensuring data is specific to critical needs and real / au
