Pre-Requisite:
Strong experience in the Network & Security domains, including architecture and design expertise in SD WAN, SSE, MPLS, Switching, LAN/WAN, and Wireless technologies.
Proficiency in translating customer requirements into comprehensive solutions and offerings.
Demonstrated pre-sales and bid-team experience, including the creation of Statements of Work (SOWs) and responses to Requests for Information/Proposals (RFI/RFP).
Proven track record of delivering results within challenging time frames, both independently and as part of a cooperative team.
Ability to work effectively across global time zones.
Willingness to travel internationally and adapt to diverse environments.
Experience working within a global sales environment.
Excellent communication skills, including both oral and written proficiency, as well as strong presentation abilities.




Self-starter and highly motivated individual with a collaborative approach to teamwork.

Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive sales support internally to sales regions and clients, encompassing qualification, workshops and solutioning.
Evaluate and recommend the most suitable product and service offerings to align with clients' business objectives.
Collaborate internally to evaluate and address any non-standard requirements as necessary, ensuring approval from management
Develop thorough documentation including diagrams, technical solution documents, Bill of Materials (BOMs).
Demonstrate proficiency in reviewing, editing, developing, and negotiating various services documents, such as Statements of Work (SOWs), Solution Descriptions, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Responsibility Assignment Matrices (RACIs).
