Role: Senior ServiceNow Developer

Experience: 5+ Years

Location: Remote (India) | Offices in Bengaluru & Hyderabad

Notice Period: Immediate to 2 Weeks Preferred

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments.
- Implement, configure, and support ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge Management, and Service Catalog.
- Manage and enhance ITOM capabilities including CMDB, Discovery, Asset Management, and CMDB integrations.
- Support Security Operations modules including Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR), along with integrations such as Qualys.
- Develop and maintain custom ServiceNow applications and Service Portal solutions.
- Build and support integrations using REST APIs, SOAP web services, Integration Hub, and Automation Engine.
- Perform platform upgrades, patch updates, health checks, and production support activities.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow scripts, workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI components using JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, and SQL.




- Troubleshoot platform issues and provide ongoing support for incidents, requests, and enhancements.

Required Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong experience with ITSM, ITOM, and SecOps modules.
- Expertise in CMDB, Discovery, Asset Management, and integrations.
- Experience with Service Portal Development.
- Robust knowledge of JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, and SQL.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and ServiceNow Automation capabilities.
- Experience handling platform upgrades, patching, and production support.

Mandatory Certifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
