About the Team

The Banking IT team within the Front Office Technology is responsible for technology platforms, applications, support, and development aligned with the needs of the Investment Banking function while maintaining operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and strategic partnership with the broader IT organization.

Summary:

We are looking for an experienced AVP/Associate-level Cloud Data Engineer with solid expertise in Snowflake, SQL, PL/SQL, ETL and Python,



combined with hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure data services. The role will focus on building scalable cloud-based data solutions, ETL pipelines and automation capabilities for Front Office IT.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable data engineering and ETL solutions using Snowflake and Azure.
- Develop complex SQL and PL/SQL queries, procedures and data transformation logic.
- Build and maintain ETL pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Python.
- Develop automation using Shell scripting and Python.
- Good Knowledge of Azure Cloud technologies like ADF, Key Vault, Storage Account, Log Analytics, Azure Entra.
- Develop and maintain enterprise scheduling workflows using Tidal/Autosys.
- Monitor production pipelines, troubleshoot failures and perform root-cause analysis.
- Optimize Snowflake queries, ETL processes and data pipelines for performance and cost efficiency.
