We are looking for a Backend Software Engineer with solid experience in Python and FastAPI to build scalable backend services, REST APIs and event-driven microservices powering Infinity Learns digital learning products.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test and maintain scalable backend services, APIs and microservices using Python & FastAPI.

- Build and optimize PostgreSQL/SQL databases, queries, schemas and indexing.

- Develop cloud-native solutions using AWS Lambda, S3 and SQS.

- Design reliable APIs, service architectures and event-driven workflows.

- Write clean, maintainable and testable Python code.

- Troubleshoot production issues, performance bottlenecks and service failures.

- Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions.

- Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, Data and Frontend teams.

- Support deployment, monitoring, observability and production operations.
