Job Summary

We are looking for a talented engineer to work on our Android/Java software stack. The role will involve working with internal stakeholders to enhance the platform, as well as responding in an agile manner to requests from developers and customers on our platform. 3 days work from office (Bangalore), office next to a metro station.

Requirements

- Experience: 2-4 years

- Good communication skills
- Positive team player, can work independently on any given task
- Critical thinker, passionate about learning new skills

Responsibilities

- Working knowledge of developing Java and/or Android app.
- Working knowledge in using remote data via REST APIs and JSON.
- Experience in integrating third party libraries and APIs.




- Experience with cloud message APIs and usage of push notifications.
- Knowledge of code versioning tools, such as Git.
- Good knowledge of OS concepts like Multi-threading, data-structures and algorithms.
- Experience in optimizing code for memory and performance using profiling tools is a plus. Experience in using NDK and JNI is a plus
