NAKAD is founded by former graduates of IIM Ahmedabad, IIT Bombay, and IIT Guwahati who previously worked at BCG, HUL, and Oracle.

The company is transforming supply chain finance through its tokenization mechanism. This way Anchor's creditworthiness traverses across the supply chain making easy and cheap credit available to MSMEs. NAKAD is backed by major Tier 1 VCs including Accel, Matrix, Advantage Founders, and marquee Angel investors.

Roles and responsibility

You will have a chance to work on very high-impact distributed systems serving supply chains across industries with automated financial solutions to fill the working capital gap.

1. As a Tech Lead you will be part of our core team directly working with the founders, customers, and engineers to define and execute the product strategy.
2. You will be building across the tech stack that is doing the data modeling, designing and constructing APIs, optimizing SQL queries, developing data pipelines, building monitoring, and logging infrastructure, and automating deployments.
3. You will own the end-to-end design and implementation of major products, working closely with the founders and the tech team.
4. You will also be leading and building a team of passionate developers as we scale.

Background and qualification

Must have

1. Upwards of 8 years of experience as a Software Engineer.
2. Experience in designing and developing highly available, scalable,



and fault-tolerant distributed services from scratch. Have deep knowledge of relational databases.
3. Strong experience using containerization and orchestration technologies
4. Robust experience working with Public Cloud services such as AWS/Azure/GCP etc.
5. Willingness to learn new technologies, whatever lets you deliver the best product.

Good to have:
1. Prior experience in building large scale highly available Fintech Products with high transaction throughput.
2. Experience working in an early-stage start-up.
3. In-depth understanding of accounting statements and methods.
