As we expand our capabilities in AI-enabled software and automation, we are looking for developers who combine solid programming fundamentals with an AI-ready mindset.

About the Role

We are seeking a Software Developer with professional experience in React.js, Python and MySQL.

The selected candidate will contribute across the software development lifecycle—from solution design and prototyping to development, testing, deployment and documentation.

Required Technical Skills

- React.js
- Python
- MySQL
- Front-end and back-end application development
- REST API development and third-party integrations
- Responsive web application development
- Database design and management
- Understanding of client-server architecture

AI Readiness The ideal candidate should:

- Be familiar with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot or similar platforms
- Understand how AI tools can support coding, debugging, testing, documentation and prototyping
- Be interested in developing AI-enabled applications and automation solutions
- Be willing to continuously learn about AI, Large Language Models and emerging technologies




- Be able to critically evaluate and validate AI-generated outputs before using them

Knowledge or experience in .NET and MS SQL will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop front-end architecture and responsive user interfaces
- Design intuitive user interactions and digital experiences
- Develop back-end applications and supporting databases
- Design, develop and maintain APIs
- Integrate applications with external data sources and REST APIs
- Collaborate with designers and other development team members
- Build functional prototypes during the technical-scoping stage of projects
- Use AI-assisted tools to improve development quality and efficiency
- Contribute to AI-enabled applications, automation initiatives and proof-of-concept projects
- Participate in the complete project lifecycle—from concept and design to development, deployment and testing
- Ensure application performance, responsiveness and reliability
- Prepare and maintain clear technical documentation

The candidate should be curious, adaptable, detail-oriented and enthusiastic about using AI to improve software development and create practical business solutions.
