Brainware University is looking for a technically strong and solution-oriented qualified to join our team as a

Technical Resource – ERP Application Development, Maintenance & Enhancement .This role is ideal for someone who can go beyond basic coding and CRUD development — someone who can understand business requirements, work with an existing ERP ecosystem, develop and enhance modules, build APIs, work with databases, generate analytical reports and integrate AI-powered capabilities into enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities :Develop, maintain and enhance

ERP modules and business workflowsUnderstand business/functional requirements and convert them into technical solutionsDevelop and maintain backend applications using

Python and/or Laravel/PHPDevelop and integrate

REST APIs with internal and external systemsWork with databases, SQL queries, data processing and data migrationDevelop reports, dashboards and analytical reports based on ERP dataIntegrate different ERP modules and third-party systemsImplement business rules, validations, workflows, notifications and automationTroubleshoot existing ERP modules, identify performance issues and resolve bugsParticipate in testing, deployment, documentation and ongoing ERP supportEnsure proper security, access control and data integrity within ERP applicationsWork closely with functional teams/users to understand requirements and improve ERP processes

Preferred Technical Skills :Strong hands-on experience in





Python and/or Laravel/PHPGood knowledge of

REST API development and integrationStrong understanding of

MySQLGood knowledge of

SQL, database design and data processingExperience in developing

MIS reports, dashboards and analytical reportsKnowledge of

JavaScript/HTML/CSS and frontend integrationKnowledge of

Git/version control and software development practicesExperience with third-party API and system integrationsKnowledge of

OpenAI APIs / LLM integration and AI-enabled application developmentExperience in implementing AI features such as

AI-assisted search, report analysis, summarization, conversational interfaces or workflow automation will be an advantageKnowledge of

RAG, embeddings, vector databases or AI agents will be an added advantage

ERP/Domain Skills :The candidate should have the ability to understand and work with different ERP functional areas such as:Student/Academic ManagementAdmission & RegistrationAttendanceExamination & AssessmentHR & Employee ManagementPayrollFinance & AccountsPurchase & InventoryWorkflow & Approval ManagementReports, MIS and Analytics

Prior experience with

University/College ERP, Education ERP, Enterprise Applications or other large-scale business applications will be highly preferred.

Candidate Profile :We are looking for someone who is not limited to basic coding or CRUD application development. The candidate should be able to understand an existing ERP system, analyze business requirements, work with databases, develop APIs, modify existing modules, and create analytical reports.

AI/OpenAI integration experience will be strongly preferred.
