Role & responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Software Application Engineer with 68 years of hands-on experience in C# development, application troubleshooting, and technical analysis. The ideal candidate will independently handle complex application issues, design scalable solutions, and support production systems with strong analytical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

- Application Development:

- Design, develop, and maintain applications using C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core.
- Develop clean, reusable, and optimized code following best practices.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical design discussions.
- Review and improve code quality across the team.
- Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution:
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve complex application and integration issues.
- Conduct root-cause analysis using debugging tools, logs, and performance monitors.
- Provide production support and long-term fixes to maintain stability.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve high-priority incidents.

- Analysis & Optimization:

- Interpret business requirements and convert them into technical specifications.
- Conduct impact analysis for new features, patches, and upgrades.
- Optimize application performance, memory usage, and scalability.
- Prepare technical documentation, design diagrams, and analysis reports.





- Testing & Quality Assurance:

- Create and maintain unit tests and integration tests.
- Assist QA teams in regression and system testing cycles.
- Ensure code adheres to performance, security, and compliance standards.

- Collaboration & Communication:

- Work with product owners, developers, QA, and support teams.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum activities.
- Mentor junior developers and support team knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 68 years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework.
- Experience with SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
- Strong knowledge of OOP principles and design patterns.
- Experience with debugging tools like Visual Studio Debugger, Postman, Fiddler.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with REST APIs.

Preferred candidate profile
