Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Soft Skills Trainer to conduct training sessions and help students develop their communication, interpersonal, and qualified skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging soft skills training sessions for students.
- Train students in communication, presentation, teamwork, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Develop and deliver training materials, activities, and assessments.
- Conduct mock interviews, group discussions, and role-play activities.
- Identify students’ skill gaps and provide appropriate guidance.
- Motivate students and support their overall professional development.




- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback.
- Coordinate with academic and placement teams when required.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any relevant field.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of soft skills and professional development.
- Previous experience in training, teaching, or mentoring is preferred.
- Ability to engage and motivate students.
- Strong interpersonal and classroom management skills.
