Location: Ghaziabad, Greater Noida & Meerut (Campus visits required)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: ₹30,000 per month

About the Role Technoledge is seeking an enthusiastic and agile Soft Skills Trainer & Placement Coordinator to deliver high-impact training programs to university students in the Greater Noida and Meerut regions. In this dual role, you will be responsible for enhancing students' employability and interpersonal skills while actively managing and coordinating campus placement drives and employer-engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Soft Skills Training & Student Development

- Design and deliver structured training modules on business communication, interview preparation, group discussions, resume building, corporate etiquette, and public speaking.
- Conduct interactive workshops, mock interviews, and personality development sessions for undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- Assess student performance regularly, provide constructive feedback, and identify areas for individual improvement.
- Customise training content to align with industry expectations and hiring standards.

- Placement Coordination & University Liaison





- Coordinate on-campus and off-campus recruitment drives across partner universities in Meerut and Greater Noida.
- Act as the primary point of contact between university training and placement cells (TPOs), corporate recruiters, and Technoledge management.
- Maintain student placement databases, track application processes, and compile recruitment statistics and reports.
- Assist in organizing job fairs, campus carnivals, guest lectures, and corporate interaction sessions.

Key Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, English, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience in soft skills/employability training, campus recruitment, or placement coordination. Relevant fresh graduates with strong presentation skills may also apply.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; ability to engage large student audiences.
- Organisational Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) / Google Workspace.
