Job Summary

PIBM is looking for an experienced Communication & Soft Skills Trainer to train and mentor MBA/PGDM students and prepare them for placements, Personal Interviews (PI), Group Discussions (GD), presentations, and corporate interactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct training sessions on verbal and written communication, business communication, presentation skills, and professional etiquette.
- Prepare students for Personal Interviews (PI), Group Discussions (GD), mock interviews, presentations, and placement interactions.
- Conduct mock GDs, PIs, role plays, and other practical activities to build student confidence.
- Assess students' communication and presentation skills and provide constructive feedback.




- Provide one-on-one mentoring to students requiring additional support.
- Develop training content, activities, presentations, and assessment tools.
- Work closely with the Placement and Academic teams to align training with industry and recruiter expectations.
- Track student performance and maintain training and assessment reports.

Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years of experience in Communication Training, Soft Skills Training, Employability Training, or Corporate Training.
- Experience training MBA/PGDM or college students will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and mentoring skills.
- Solid understanding of GD, PI, interview preparation, and corporate readiness.
- Confident, energetic, and comfortable handling large student batches.

Compensation: Up to ₹10 LPA, depending on the candidate's experience, skills, and interview performance.
