Job Condition: Hospital and community level healthcare work in Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh.
Responsibilities
- Providing direct support fo individuals, families, groups and communities served by the hospital.
- Acting as a liaison between the institutions, the community and government structures.
- Facilitating coordination on social welfare matters affecting patients and their families.
- Supporting continuity of care between hospital services and community based resources.
Qualifications
- Qualification:M.S.W / M.A., (Social Work / Sociology) / M.Sc., (Medical Sociology) and those who have 4 years of experience as Asst.
Social
Worker (Term Appointment) or equivalent only need to apply.
Job Preference
- Those with fluency in Teleugu and Tamil will be given preference.
