About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and strategy-oriented Social Media Trainee to strengthen the digital presence and brand identity of Multiversity and Multia.

We’re looking for someone who can think beyond content creation - someone interested in social media strategy, brand strategy, campaigns, positioning, and digital growth, while also being comfortable executing content.

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and execute social media and brand strategies aligned with business goals.

-Plan content calendars, campaigns, and brand initiatives.

-Manage multiple Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube accounts.

-Create and coordinate content including posts, reels, stories, captions, and campaigns.

-Research trends, audience behaviour, and emerging content formats.

-Track performance, prepare reports, and recommend growth strategies.

-Coordinate with design and video teams for creative execution.

-Explore AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Midjourney, and automation tools.

What We’re Looking For:

-0–1 year experience, preferably in a creative/digital agency.





-Strong interest in social media, branding, strategy, and content.

-Good understanding of social media platforms and digital trends.

-Strong communication, storytelling, and creative thinking skills.

-Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Notion, or basic editing tools.

-Proactive, organized, analytical, and eager to experiment and learn.
