Social Work Intern – Field Work & Campaigns | Mumbai Only

Paranubhuti Foundation is looking for proactive, confident and responsible Social Work Interns who want to gain real-world experience in social work, fundraising, campaigns, community outreach and organisational development.

This is a practical field-based role for someone who is willing to step out, meet people, visit different locations, build relationships and take ownership of assigned work. Fundraising activities and social campaigns will be a key priority, along with corporate outreach, partnership development and community engagement.

The intern may be involved in meeting corporate representatives, NGOs, associations, institutions and potential supporters, making follow-up calls and visits, coordinating meetings, seeking permissions for activities, presenting the organisation's objectives and initiatives, developing campaign opportunities, and supporting fundraising efforts.

We are looking for individuals who can work independently when required — visit places, meet the right people, explain and convince them about an initiative, follow up consistently, coordinate internally and externally, and complete the assigned task in line with the organisation's objectives. Leadership, initiative and problem-solving abilities will be highly valued.

The role can provide exposure to fundraising, campaign planning and execution,



corporate relations, field coordination, networking, communication, social impact projects and grassroots community work. Interns may also get opportunities to take leadership responsibilities and independently handle specific activities or assignments.

This prospect is suitable for students and young professionals from Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Management, Marketing, Community Development and related backgrounds, as well as individuals genuinely interested in building practical experience in the social sector.
