We’re looking for a creative-driven Social Media professional who can plan, organise, execute, analyse, and optimise social media strategies across platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who:

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Plan, organise, and implement social media strategies
- Create monthly content calendars and campaign plans
- Develop content themes, captions, and storytelling frameworks
- Provide visual direction for posts, reels, and campaigns
- Conceptualise and assist in photoshoots (moodboards, shot lists, styling inputs)
- Coordinate with designers, videographers, and editors
- Prepare performance reports
- Analyse insights and compose POAs to improve reach and engagement
- Optimise content using trends, data, and platform behaviour
- Ensure brand consistency across content and communication
- Manage multiple brands simultaneously

SKILLS and EXPERIENCE

- 1-2 years of social media experience
- Agency background mandatory




- Strong creative thinking with strategic awareness
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience handling multiple brands / clients
- Ability to articulate ideas, feedback, and visual direction clearly
- Exposure to content performance analysis
- Organised, proactive, and team-oriented
- Must be based in Chennai
- Immediate joiners preferred

ADD ON

- Experience with reels-first & short-form content
- Exposure to fashion, lifestyle, or D2C brands
- Familiarity with Instagram / Meta insights
