Job Role

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Optimization (SMO) Executive to manage and optimize social media profiles, improve brand visibility, increase engagement, and support digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize social media profiles for multiple brands and clients.
- Create and manage social media content calendars.
- Publish posts, reels, stories, and other engaging content.
- Optimize content using relevant hashtags, keywords, captions, and trends.
- Monitor social media reach, engagement, followers, and overall performance.
- Research trending topics, hashtags, and competitor activities.
- Develop strategies to improve organic reach and engagement.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content writers.




- Prepare social media performance reports and suggest improvements.
- Stay updated with social media algorithms, trends, and platform updates.

Required Skills
- 2–3 years of experience in SMO / Social Media Optimization.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube & Google Business Profile.
- Positive understanding of social media algorithms and organic growth strategies.
- Strong knowledge of hashtags, keywords, captions, and content optimization.
- Good communication and content planning skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva/Photoshop will be an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
