DESCRIPTION The Social Media & Performance Marketing Manager will lead the planning and execution of the companys digital and social media initiatives, with a strong focus on building brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and generating online sales. The role involves developing social media strategies, planning content and campaigns, managing Meta Ads and Amazon Ads, monitoring campaign performance, and continuously optimising marketing activities to improve ROAS, customer acquisition and conversions. The candidate will work closely with internal teams, creative partners and agencies to ensure consistent brand communication across digital platforms.
REQUIREMENTS
Graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline. 3-6 years of relevant experience in social media, digital marketing or performance marketing, preferably with a D2C, eCommerce, wellness, FMCG or consumer brand.
Hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager and Amazon Advertising is essential. Robust understanding of campaign creation, audience targeting, retargeting,
budget allocation, performance optimisation and reporting.
The candidate should have experience in developing social media strategy, content calendars, campaign concepts and engagement initiatives, along with a good understanding of key digital metrics including ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC, CPM and conversion rate.
Candidates must have hands-on experience independently managing and optimising Meta Ads and Amazon Ads campaigns, including budgets, targeting, creatives, reporting and performance improvement.
