About the Role: We are looking for a creative, organized, and self-driven Social Media & Digital Marketing Junior Executive to support our digital marketing and data management efforts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating engaging content, using AI tools for video and design, and also has an eye for detail when it comes to maintaining accurate data and catalogs

Position: Social Media & Digital Marketing Junior Executive

Experience: Fresher to 1–2 years

Salary Budget: ₹20,000 per month

Roles & Responsibilities:Cataloging & Data Management

- Support junior-level product/content cataloging tasks.
- Maintain and regularly update Excel sheets with accurate, well-organized data.
- Ensure data hygiene, consistency, and timely updates across trackers and sheets.
- Assist in organizing and managing digital assets (images, videos, creatives) systematically.

Content & Social Media

- Create engaging social media content, graphics, and AI-generated videos.
- Design creatives using Canva.
- Brainstorm creative campaign ideas, content concepts, and marketing strategies for brand growth.
- Assist with content planning and posting on LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram,



and other social media platforms.
- Research trending content formats, hashtags, and industry trends to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Plan, script, and create short-form and long-form videos using AI video generation tools.

Reporting & Presentation

- Prepare regular performance reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Track and analyze content performance metrics across platforms.

Desired Candidate Profile:
- Working knowledge of AI tools such as Google Flow, Gemini, or similar AI video/content generation tools (or willingness to learn quickly).
- Proficiency in Canva for design work.
- Positive command of MS Excel (formulas, data entry, basic reporting) and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and data management skills.
- Self-driven, creative, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, etc.) and content trends.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
