We are looking for a creative, energetic and results-driven Social Media & Marketing Executive to strengthen our digital presence, manage social media platforms and execute marketing initiatives.

Role OverviewThe candidate will be responsible for managing Rishi Wealth's social media platforms, content, digital marketing campaigns, paid advertising and marketing activities.

The ideal candidate should understand what works on social media, be comfortable with analytics and performance tracking, know how to run digital advertisements, and have the ability to create professional presentations and investor decks.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

- Manage Rishi Wealth's social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube.
- Plan and maintain a regular content calendar.
- Create, coordinate and publish posts, reels, carousels, videos, stories and other content.
- Develop engaging content around wealth management, financial awareness, investments and company activities.
- Monitor comments, messages, engagement and audience response.
- Keep the company's social media presence active, professional and consistent.
- Track social media trends and identify opportunities to improve reach and engagement.

Marketing & Campaigns

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to support business and brand objectives.
- Run and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta, Google and LinkedIn.
- Monitor campaign performance, leads, reach, engagement and conversions.
- Test different creatives, audiences and messaging to improve campaign results.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors and external marketing agencies where required.

Marketing Performance





- Track social media and marketing performance on a regular basis.
- Prepare monthly performance reports covering reach, engagement, leads, conversions and campaign results.
- Identify what content and campaigns are performing well and recommend improvements.
- Maintain basic marketing dashboards and trackers.

PR & Brand Visibility

- Assist with PR activities, company announcements and brand communication.
- Coordinate marketing activities related to events, partnerships and corporate initiatives.
- Help increase Rishi Wealth's visibility across relevant digital and offline channels.

Investor Decks & Presentations

- Prepare skilled investor decks, company presentations, business proposals and marketing presentations.
- Convert information provided by management into clear and visually appealing presentations.
- Maintain consistent branding across all presentations and marketing materials.

Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate should be:
- Creative and genuinely interested in social media and digital marketing.
- Strong in written communication and content creation.
- Comfortable working with social media analytics and marketing data.
- Familiar with paid advertising platforms.
- Able to create professional presentations and visual content.
- Good at understanding trends and converting them into relevant content.
- Organized and capable of managing multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of marketing activities.
