- Monitor social media engagement and prepare basic performance reports.

Content &

- Campaign Support

- Assist in developing marketing content for real estate projects and company initiatives.

- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content creators for marketing requirements.

- Support the execution of digital and offline marketing campaigns.

- Assist in preparing promotional materials, presentations, brochures, and other marketing collateral.

- Participate in brainstorming sessions for new marketing ideas and campaigns.

Market Research

- Conduct research on real estate market trends, customer preferences, and competitors.

- Collect and organize market information for marketing campaigns.

- Assist in identifying new marketing opportunities and target audiences.

Lead Generation &

- Coordination

- Support lead-generation activities through digital platforms and marketing campaigns.





- Assist in maintaining and updating marketing and lead databases.

- Coordinate with the sales team regarding marketing-generated leads.

- Track campaign responses and assist in preparing reports.

Event &

- On-Ground Marketing

- Support the marketing team in organizing property events, exhibitions, promotional activities, and corporate events.

- Assist with on-ground branding and promotional activities.

- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for marketing activities when required.

Skills &

- Competencies

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Creative thinking and willingness to learn.

- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.

- Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.

- Basic content writing and research skills.

- Knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, or other marketing tools will be an advantage.

- Positive organizational and time-management skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

- Interest in real estate, branding, and digital marketing.

Educational Qualification

- Students or graduates pursuing/completed BBA, MBA, B.Com, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Marketing, or any related field.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
