About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Manager to manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms. Freshers with a strong interest in social media, content creation, and digital marketing are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

· Create engaging posts, captions, reels, stories, and other social media content.

· Develop creative ideas and content strategies to increase audience engagement.

· Plan and maintain a social media content calendar.

· Coordinate with the design and video teams for social media creatives.

· Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activities.

· Track engagement, reach, followers, and other social media metrics.

· Assist in executing social media campaigns and promotional activities.

· Respond to comments and messages when required.





· Ensure content is aligned with the brand's tone and objectives.

Requirements

· Kannada language proficiency is mandatory.

· Freshers with good communication skills and a strong interest in social media are mostly welcome.

· Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

· Good understanding of social media trends and content formats.

· Creative mindset with good attention to detail.

· Good written and verbal communication skills.

· Basic knowledge of Canva or other content creation tools will be an advantage.

· Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
