Senior Performance Marketer – Meta & Google Ads

Location: Peelamedu, Coimbatore Experience: 3+ Years Salary: ₹30,000–₹50,000/month + Performance Incentives.

We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketer with strong experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads to manage, optimise, and scale paid advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities Manage Meta Ads, Google Ads and PPC campaigns Plan and optimise lead generation, webinar and sales funnel campaigns Monitor CPL, CAC, CPA, ROAS and revenue Set up and manage Meta Pixel, CAPI, GA4, GTM and conversion tracking Analyse campaign performance and improve results Manage advertising budgets and scale profitable campaigns Work with creative, funnel and sales teams Prepare weekly performance reports and provide improvement strategies.

Requirements





Minimum 3+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience Experience managing ₹3 Crore+ cumulative ad spend Solid knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads/PPC Experience in Education/Coaching businesses and webinar funnels Good understanding of lead generation and sales funnels Strong analytical and optimisation skills Ability to take complete ownership of campaign performance.
