Are you someone who understands social media beyond just posting content?

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can plan, execute, analyse, and improve social media activities — not just follow a content calendar.

? Experience: 2 Years

? Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

? Job Type: Full-Time

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

- Managing Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn accounts
- Planning and executing monthly content calendars
- Developing social media strategies based on brand and audience goals
- Researching trends, competitors & audience behaviour
- Creating strategies to improve reach, engagement & community growth
- Coordinating with graphic designers, video editors & content writers
- Monitoring content performance and social media insights
- Preparing performance reports and suggesting improvements
- Managing day-to-day organic social media activities
- Supporting paid social media campaigns when required
- Staying updated with current social media trends and platform updates

We’re Looking For Someone Who:





✅ Has around 2 years of hands-on social media experience

✅ Has experience managing Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn

✅ Is comfortable using Meta Business Suite

✅ Can independently plan and manage content calendars

✅ Understands basic social media analytics and performance metrics

✅ Has a good understanding of current trends and audience behaviour

✅ Can communicate clearly and work well with creative teams

✅ Takes ownership of assigned accounts and tasks

✅ Is willing to experiment, analyse results and improve strategies

⭐ Experience with Meta Ads / Paid Social Media will be an added advantage.

Most importantly…We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of social media, think creatively, understand the audience, analyse performance, and continuously improve — rather than simply scheduling posts.
