Role Description

We are looking for a Social Media Manager Intern who is creative, organised, confident, and genuinely interested in social media and content.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in managing social media accounts for multiple clients
- Create monthly content calendars and content ideas
- Research trends, audios, formats, and competitor content
- Brainstorm Reel, Carousel, Story, and campaign concepts
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, creators, and the internal team
- Write captions, hooks, scripts, and basic social media copy
- Schedule and publish content across social platforms
- Assist with community management and audience engagement
- Track basic social media performance and suggest improvements

* Help ensure content is delivered and posted according to timelines




- Participate in client and internal brainstorming discussions
- Be comfortable appearing in front of the camera for Reels, shoots, trend-based content, and agency content whenever required

Qualifications Required

- Strong understanding of Instagram and current social media trends
- Creative thinking and ability to generate fresh content ideas
- Positive written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of content strategy and social media marketing
- Ability to write engaging captions, hooks, and Reel concepts
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- Comfortable handling multiple brands and tasks simultaneously
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic knowledge of Canva is preferred

* Previous internship, freelance, college society, or personal social media experience is a plus

- Students or recent graduates in Marketing, Media, Communications, Business, or related fields are preferred but not mandatory
- Must be confident and comfortable in front of the camera — this is a non-negotiable requirement for the role

We’re looking for someone who understands social media beyond just posting — someone who enjoys observing trends, understanding brands, creating engaging content, and is equally comfortable contributing both behind and in front of the camera.
