We are looking for a creative, strategic and hands-on Social Media Manager to lead the digital presence of our established education group, comprising multiple schools and educational institutions.

This is not just a content-posting role. We are looking for someone who can build our brands, tell compelling stories, grow our digital audience and convert online attention into meaningful enquiries and admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other relevant platforms
- Create and manage engaging content including Reels, videos, stories, posts and campaigns
- Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with school events, admissions and institutional priorities
- Coordinate with school leadership, teachers and departments to identify strong content opportunities
- Manage the complete social media presence and maintain consistent brand identity and communication
- Monitor social media trends, formats, algorithms and emerging digital opportunities
- Track and analyse performance using relevant metrics and prepare monthly reports
- Work closely with the marketing/admissions team to support admissions campaigns and lead generation
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers and external agencies where required
- Respond appropriately to comments, messages and online enquiries
- Identify opportunities to showcase student achievements, academics, sports, arts, events, facilities, teachers and school life
- Support basic SEO, Google Business Profile and website content optimisation

What We’re Looking For





- 2–5 years of relevant experience in social media management / digital marketing
- Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form video content
- Excellent written communication skills
- Good understanding of social media analytics and insights
- Ability to create content that is creative, polished and appropriate for an educational institution
- Robust organisational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite and basic video-editing tools is preferred
- Experience in education, hospitality, premium brands or other consumer-facing businesses will be an advantage
