We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager with 3 years of experience to manage our social media presence, create engaging content, and grow our online community. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with content creation, analytics, and social media strategy.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)

2. Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, videos, and graphics.

3. Plan monthly content calendars and execute campaigns aligned with brand goals.

4. Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to apply best practices.

5. Manage day-to-day engagement: replies, comments, DMs, and community building.

6. Track performance metrics and prepare reports (reach, engagement, follower growth, etc.)

7. Collaborate with marketing,



design, and sales teams to support overall digital growth.

8. Run paid ads (Meta and Google Ads)

Required Skills

1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communication, or a related field (preferred).

2. Solid understanding of social media platforms and current trends.

3. Basic knowledge of Photoshop, video editing tools (preferred).

4. Basic understanding of analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.)

5. Candidates shouldpreferablyhavea non-technical background.

Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
