- Create visually appealing social media creatives and other communication materials using basic to decent graphic-design skills

- Coordinate the preparation and design of weekly and monthly reports

, ensuring information is presented clearly and professionally.

- Monitor social media platforms, respond to comments and messages, and actively engage with the online community.





- Track social media trends, industry developments, and best practices to improve content and engagement strategies.

- Monitor and analyse key performance metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, followers, and conversions

- Plan and execute targeted social media campaigns to support the company’s marketing and business objectives.
