Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Social Media Manager to lead our online presence. In this role, you won't just be scheduling posts—you will be telling our story, highlighting our tech projects, making our leadership team visible, and turning casual followers into real business leads.

Key Responsibilities

- Has expertise in LinkedIn for connecting with B2B clients, X.com for quick tech takes and industry chats, Quora for giving helpful answers to tech queries, and our website vlogs/blogs for sharing video updates and stories.
- Coordinate with our visual team to create clean graphics, infographics, reels,



and short video clips that stand out in crowded feeds.
- Reply to comments, answer direct messages, tag relevant industry leaders, and participate in trending discussions to keep our pages active.
- Keep an eye on reach, clicks, engagement, and lead inquiries. Double down on content formats that work and drop the ones that don't.
- Spot new social media features, meme formats, and tech industry news early so we can join conversations while they are still fresh.

Requirements

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Social Media Manager.
- Solid understanding of how content works across LinkedIn (primary focus), X.com, Quora, and video-based content/vlogs.
- Experience writing helpful answers on Quora, managing comment sections, and engaging in relevant discussions to build brand presence.
- Able to work independently, manage your own schedule, and adapt quickly in a rapid-paced startup environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
