We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Social Media Manager with strong team-handling and leadership skills to manage and grow our brands social media presence. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in leading and managing a social media/content team, delegating tasks, monitoring team performance, planning content strategies, and ensuring timely execution. Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms is also required.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Lead and manage the social media team, including content creators, graphic designers, and other creative team members.
- Allocate daily tasks, set priorities, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of work.
- Manage and grow brand presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and manage monthly/weekly content calendars across social media platforms.
- Oversee the creation of engaging posts, reels, stories, videos, campaigns, and other digital content.
- Coordinate with the design, photography, content, and marketing teams for smooth execution of campaigns.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities,



and audience behaviour to develop new content ideas.
- Plan and manage influencer collaborations and digital marketing campaigns.
- Track social media performance, engagement, reach, and growth and prepare regular reports.
- Take ownership of the team's overall performance and ensure all social media deliverables are completed on time.

Preferred candidate profile:-

- 36 years of relevant experience in Social Media Management.
- Robust team-handling and leadership experience is mandatory.
- Proven ability to manage and coordinate creative/social media teams.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and social media analytics.
- Good understanding of content strategy, campaign planning, and digital marketing.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Creative mindset with knowledge of current social media trends.
- Experience in influencer marketing and brand campaigns will be an added advantage.
