Social Media Manager

Location: Sahakar Nagar, Pune

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Experience: 0–6 Months

Salary: ₹12,000 per month

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager who understands social media, keeps up with trends, and can manage multiple client accounts efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate social media accounts for multiple clients.
- Plan and schedule social media content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Identify new trends, formats, audios, memes, and content opportunities.
- Come up with fresh reel, post, story, and campaign ideas for different brands.
- Write transparent and engaging captions and social media copy.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and other team members for content execution.
- Maintain content calendars and ensure all posts and deliverables go live on time.
- Keep track of client requirements, feedback, revisions, and deadlines.
- Research competitors and relevant industry trends.
- Assist in basic content creation and design using Canva.




- Ensure consistency in brand communication and tone across all platforms.

Requirements
- Excellent English proficiency is mandatory, both spoken and written.
- Basic knowledge of Canva is required.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and current social media trends.
- Ability to identify trending content and turn it into relevant ideas for brands.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously .
- Must be organised and able to follow timelines and deadlines.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate new content ideas regularly.
- Basic understanding of captions, hashtags, reels, stories, and social media content formats.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–6 months of experience can apply.
