About the Role

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to handle the day-to-day management of social media accounts for multiple client brands. This is a hands-on role involving posting, scheduling, caption writing, client coordination, boosting, campaign execution, and performance reporting across major social media platforms.

If you are organised, detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple accounts, and understand how social media platforms work from both an execution and performance perspective, we’d like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Account Management

- Manage and maintain social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Pinterest, and Snapchat for multiple clients
- Ensure all accounts remain active, updated, and aligned with respective brand guidelines
- Maintain consistency in brand communication across platforms
- Monitor account activity and ensure timely execution of planned content

Posting & Scheduling

- Follow approved content calendars and ensure timely publishing across client accounts
- Schedule and publish posts using third-party social media management tools and native platforms
- Write captions aligned with the post, brand voice, and communication objective
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders for approvals, feedback, and smooth scheduling
- Ensure content, captions, tags, links, and formats are checked before publishing

Boosting & Campaign Execution

- Boost and promote posts to improve reach, engagement, and visibility
- Manage allocated paid social budgets for boosted posts and campaigns




- Monitor performance and make necessary optimisations based on results
- Set up and run campaigns with appropriate audience targeting based on campaign objectives
- Maintain a working understanding of Meta advertising and performance marketing

SMO Reporting & Performance Tracking

- Prepare regular Social Media Optimization (SMO) reports across platforms
- Track key metrics including reach, impressions, engagement, follower growth, clicks, and conversions
- Prepare and share monthly social media performance reports with clients
- Maintain consistent reporting formats and templates across accounts
- Highlight important performance changes, trends, and areas requiring attention

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts
- Hands-on experience with social media scheduling and publishing tools
- Experience with paid boosting and social media ad campaigns
- Working knowledge of the Meta platform for performance marketing
- Familiarity with Meta Insights and native platform analytics
- Robust understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and timelines simultaneously
- Good organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to coordinate effectively with clients and internal teams
- Agency experience will be an advantage

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of the day-to-day execution of social media without dropping the ball. You should be able to manage multiple accounts, follow content calendars, coordinate approvals, publish accurately, track performance, and ensure that client social media operations run smoothly and consistently.
