About the Role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can blend creativity, strategy and platform knowledge to build brands that people want to follow, engage with and talk about.

The ideal candidate is someone who understands that social media is more than just calendars and captions — it’s about culture, conversations, content and business impact.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand objectives and business goals.
- Own the end-to-end social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube and emerging platforms.
- Build and manage monthly content calendars, ensuring a healthy mix of brand, topical, trend-led, engagement and campaign content.
- Work closely with Creative, Content, Strategy, Influencer and Performance teams to develop integrated social campaigns.
- Identify and leverage trends, memes, cultural moments and platform-specific opportunities to keep brands relevant.
- Drive content ideation and contribute to campaign concepts, creative briefs, captions, copies and social-first ideas.
- Manage day-to-day community management, including audience interactions, comments, queries and brand conversations.
- Monitor social media conversations and identify opportunities for real-time marketing and brand engagement.
- Track and analyse social media performance using relevant platform analytics and reporting tools.
- Prepare monthly performance reports, derive insights and recommend actionable improvements.
- Stay updated on platform updates, algorithms, formats, trends and evolving consumer behaviour.
- Collaborate with influencers/creators where required and support influencer-led social campaigns.




- Present social media strategies, content calendars, campaign ideas and performance reports to clients.
- Manage multiple brands/accounts simultaneously while ensuring quality, timelines and brand consistency.
- Take ownership of social media deliverables from ideation to execution and reporting.

What We're Looking For

- 4–6 years of experience in Social Media Management, preferably within a digital/creative/advertising agency.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, formats, trends and content ecosystems.
- Excellent understanding of Instagram and Reels, with knowledge of other major platforms.
- Strong content and copywriting sensibility with an ability to identify what works and why.
- Ability to convert a brief into interesting, platform-native social ideas.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media data and translate it into insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients, priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced agency setting.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, ownership-driven approach.
- Experience in client servicing or handling client conversations will be an added advantage.

Good to Have

- Experience with influencer/creator marketing.
- Understanding of paid social media and performance metrics.
- Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, social listening tools and social media scheduling platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital-first campaigns and integrated marketing.
