We're looking for an energetic, creative, and proactive Social Media Marketing Executive who can manage clients, plan content, and execute campaigns from concept to publishing.

Roles & Responsibilities Client Management

- Communicate directly with clients to understand goals, expectations, and brand guidelines
- Present ideas, strategies, and content plans
- Conduct regular reviews and gather feedback

Strategy & Planning

- Create monthly content calendars aligned with marketing objectives
- Plan campaigns, reels, ads, and engagement activities
- Research trends, competitors, and viral content opportunities

Content Creation

- Write scripts for reels, ads, and brand storytelling videos
- Develop creative concepts and post ideas
- Assist in copywriting for captions, creatives, and campaigns

Shoot & Production

- Visit client locations for shoots and coordinate on-ground production
- Guide models/clients during video shoots for best output
- Work closely with photographers and videographers

Post-Production Coordination





- Collaborate with video editors and designers for final creatives
- Ensure quality, brand consistency, and timely delivery

Account Handling
- Manage multiple client accounts across social platforms
- Schedule posts and maintain consistency
- Track performance metrics and suggest improvements

Requirements

- 1-3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing/Agency environment
- Solid communication & client-handling skills
- Creative thinking and storytelling ability
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads & performance marketing
- Comfortable with shoots and fieldwork
- Understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn trends
- Organized, proactive, and deadline-driven

Bonus Skills (Good to Have)

- Canva/Adobe basics
- Reel editing knowledge
- Influencer collaboration experience
- Analytics & reporting skills
