Role Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Social Media Intern/Executive to support our client servicing and digital marketing operations. The ideal candidate should possess solid communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams while managing client requirements efficiently. This role provides excellent exposure to digital marketing execution, client management, and campaign coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Social Media Operations Assist in planning and executing social media activities for clients. Coordinate with content, design, video, and performance marketing teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Track ongoing projects and maintain timely follow-ups with stakeholders.




- Support campaign execution across various digital platforms. Internal Team Coordination Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams.
- Coordinate task allocation and ensure smooth communication among departments. Follow up on deliverables and monitor project timelines.
- Social Media Management Schedule and publish social media content as per content calendars.
- Manage and ensure posting for client social media handles, including Saturday postings when required. Monitor content status and coordinate approvals before publishing.
- Client Interaction Communicate with clients regarding project updates, requirements, and feedback.
- Attend client meetings and prepare MOMs (Minutes of Meeting). Ensure timely resolution and execution of client requests.
- Reporting & Documentation Update and maintain Scope of Work (SoW) trackers regularly.
- Track project progress and client deliverables. Prepare status reports and share updates with management and clients. Maintain proper documentation of ongoing and completed projects.
