Process: Vodafone - Social Media (20% Calls | 80% Chat)

Location: Thane West

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries via chat and calls
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions
- Maintain quality and customer satisfaction standards

Eligibility Criteria:

- Graduate (Mandatory)
- Min. 1 year of Exp.in email/chat/inbound calling
- Valuable English communication required

Salary: 18.5K Inhand | 23K Gross

Shift Timing:

- 7:00AM - 4:00PM | 3:30PM - 12:30AM (Rotational Shift)
- 1 weekly off

Transport Boundaries:

- Thane to Sion
- Thane to Kalyan
- Thane to Vashi
